MS Society Resources to Use for MS Education

In this video from the MS Society, we hear about the number of tools and resources available to help you to better understand MS and how to cope with it. Their resources can also help your family and friends understand what you're going through. The more educated your loved ones are, the better you will be able to communicate with them about your difficulties.

Other people with MS will also be able to help you — consider joining a support community where you can connect with other people living with MS. You can do this online, or by going to meetings and conventions. The MS Society can also help you find a support group that's right for you.

Remember to do what you can to help others with the information that you have learned about living with MS. Paying it forward not only helps the other person, but it can be a huge self-esteem boost knowing your words have helped someone to cope with their illness.
